Buffalo boy tells her that he dose not need it even though he is very poor because he is happy with what he has. Minli gives the coin to a beggar and he buys the peach. the peach turns into a tree and it blossoms. The tree grow peaches but they are the ones that the seller has because he did not want to give him a peach and every one else even if they needed it for free.
This kindness that she did helped her find the king by trying to ask him if he can help her find the king and she found out that the man was the king himself.
I think Ma has changed a lot because she is worried about Minli and she thinks that if she stays com she might find Minli she's begin nice to the fish because Minli bought a fish the ladt time Ma saw Minli amd she maybe thinks the fish might remind Ma of Minli.
I think that ma has changed because she use to sigh alot and scream but know she dosent do it I think because she is worried a bout minli.
